> Child Development Program Support Specialist
Summary: The Child Development Program Support Specialist will support the Global Child Development Coordinator in the coordination and oversight of NCM’s Holistic Child Development (HCD) program. This person is in regular communication with regional HCD coordinators, providing assistance with the approval, implementation, and reporting processes of HCD projects.
Location: Lenexa, Kansas. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Essential Duties:
- Supports Regional HCD Coordinators with approval and implementation of HCD projects
- Tracks reporting on HCD projects
- Ensures program requirements and standards are being met
- Assists with training needs expressed by the region or field
- Represents and promotes NCM and Child Sponsorship at local, district, regional, or global Nazarene events
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- Experience in child development work, intercultural studies, or international relations

> Social Media and Digital Content Manager
Summary: The Social Media and Digital Content Manager oversees the creation and execution of NCM’s social media marketing and communications plans, including a comprehensive social media and website strategy to increase visibility, traffic, engagement, and constituent support. This person is also responsible for the organization and storage of digital content resources. This role is part of the highly collaborative NCM communications team and reports to the NCM Communications Manager.
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week.
Location: Lenexa, Kansas. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Essential Duties include:
- Develop and implement a successful social media and digital content strategy consistent with NCM values, communications principles, and overall marketing goals, including strategies for reaching new audiences
- Curate and manage all approved content posted across social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and blogs
- Update and maintain all NCM websites
- Cultivate positive constituent engagement through social media platforms by monitoring and responding to comments and messages
- Monitor analytics, trends, and best practices across social media platforms, tools, design, and strategy; recommend updates to NCM’s approach as needed
- Organize and archive NCM’s photo, video, and other digital resources
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign, and other digital communications and social media management tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, and related platforms
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel social media strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with web content development and HTML coding
- Previous non-profit development, marketing, or communications experience
- Proficiency in multiple languages
