OPEN POSITIONS 

Church Relations Manager

The Church Relations Manager will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our highly engaged churches and districts. This individual will be responsible for generating new opportunities to share about Nazarene Compassionate Ministries’ mission with churches, districts, and other denominational entities. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starting “people person” with significant connections across all levels of the denomination who enjoys making new connections and has a deep commitment to the mission of NCM.

This role may be performed on-site at our offices in Lenexa, KS, or remotely from most states.

Constituent Engagement Manager

The Constituent Engagement Manager will assist with cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing donors—both individuals and churches. This individual will work closely with the NCM Communications Team to assist in the dissemination of messaging and reporting to our donor base. In consultation with the Director of Development, this individual will assist in carrying out the NCM marketing and promotional strategy.

This role is on-site at our offices in Lenexa, KS.
