OPEN POSITIONS 

Child Development Coordinator

The Child Development Coordinator will work to strengthen the quality of Holistic Child Development (HCD) ministries globally, overseeing all Child Sponsorship donor relations, and ensuring high standards and best practice in NCM's approach to working with children and the wider community. This individual will work under the oversight of the NCM director.

This role may be on-site at our offices in Lenexa, KS, or performed remotely from most states.

Constituent Engagement Manager

The Constituent Engagement Manager will assist with cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing donors—both individuals and churches. This individual will work closely with the NCM Communications Team to assist in the dissemination of messaging and reporting to our donor base. In consultation with the Director of Development, this individual will assist in carrying out the NCM marketing and promotional strategy.

This role is on-site at our offices in Lenexa, KS.
