Nazarene Compassionate Ministries exists in and through the local church. Our primary focus is to support church-led community development and emergency relief in communities around the world. NCM also partners with other organizations as a way to enhance our support of locally led initiatives:
ACCORD NETWORK
NCM is a member of Accord Network, which serves as a catalyst for learning, collaboration, and building Christ-centered unity around the shared vision of eliminating poverty. Accord Network serves Christian organizations and churches involved in this vision to achieve the highest standards, principles, and effectiveness in relief and development.
CANADIAN FOODGRAINS BANK
Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFB) is a partnership of Canadian churches and church-based agencies working to end global hunger. NCM both financially supports the work of CFB and is supported financially by the partnership.
CHRISTIAN CONNECTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL HEALTH
Christian Connections for International Health (CCIH) promotes global health and wholeness from a Christian perspective. Motivated by transformational Christian values, CCIH strives to be a dynamic leader in bringing unity, support, and technical excellence to healing ministries worldwide as they advocate for a world with equal access to basic health and prevention services.
FAITH ALLIANCE AGAINST SLAVERY & TRAFFICKING
FAAST is a Christian alliance working in collaboration to eradicate human trafficking and restore survivors. FAAST mobilizes organizations and communities to generate a united and active response to the injustices of slavery and human trafficking through tools, training, information sharing, and collaboration.
FOODS RESOURCE BANK
Foods Resource Bank (FRB) is a Christian, non-government, humanitarian organization committed to providing food security in the developing world through sustainable small-scale agricultural production, thereby allowing hungry people to know the dignity of feeding themselves. MICAH CHALLENGE
The mission of Micah Challenge is to be a global voice on poverty for the Church. Micah Challenge aims to educate, inspire, and mobilize Christians to bring impact on issues of poverty and injustice.
